Our church holds a monthly cooking class where we practice making healthy recipes in a group setting.
The cooking class meets in our church’s kitchen, where we go over the recipe of the month and the health benefits it contains. We make the recipe together and then we get to eat and enjoy a bit of fellowship. All food and supplies are provided or you are welcome to bring something if you would like.
